It's all new at The Cheesecake Cafe!
Our bakers, dessert staff and chefs are on the job by 7 a.m., to make each day’s batch of goodies, breads, signature sauces, and dressings; to slice and fry fresh potatoes for our cafe chips, and to blend two pounds of cream cheese for each of the hundreds of cheesecakes we'll serve that day.
We not only make our own recipes from scratch, we also make many of the ingredients that go into those recipes. To make some of our signature items, for example, we prepare the dressings and sauces ourselves, in our own kitchens, rather than relying on pre-mixed commercial varieties.
Our menu is twice as big as other restaurants - more than 160 items. Our success was built on offering a wide variety of menu items with a nod to comfort food. The menu features a section called Mother Cheesecake’s Dinner which offers guests anything from Liver and Onions to Meatloaf and Fish & Chips to Chicken Pot Pie.
