Check your reward points or change your address on-line.
We recently updated the Great Rewards! member page on our website.
Members can now enter into our Great Rewards service center, operated by Ernex Technologies, to get up-to-date account
statements as well as change your mailing address.
Members will be required to set up an account to activate their account. This is how it works:
- Click on the Ernex icon
- Ernex webpage opens up
- Click on "register your card"
- Enter your Great Rewards! card number
- Sign up code is: 1234
- Then enter a password of your choice plus the rest of the required fields.
Once your card is registered, the next time you wish to access your account, you will simply enter your
user name (your Great Rewards! card number) and your chosen password.
Please be assured that by entering your email address and password, your contact information
will remain confidential.

At what point do I start receiving rewards?
Reward points are given for every dollar spent. For example, $20 spent at The Cheesecake Cafe gives you 20 points.
For every 350 points earned, you will receive a $25 Rewards Card from your Server to be used on your next visit. Your rewards card has a one year expiry date.
How can I acquire the large prizes?
You have one year from the date of receiving your "first" earned $25 Rewards Card to save for one of the large prizes. If you cannot achieve that goal you should use your cards before the expiry date.
How can I check my reward point total?
Any time you swipe your card at the restaurants, the receipt given to you will show your point earnings as of that date. You can also check your points by calling toll free at 1-800-204-0870 ext 21 or online on our website.
