White Chocolate Raspberry

Delicious white chocolate cheesecake with fresh raspberry puree swirls covered in rich raspberry ganache. This is our best selling cheesecake.

Turtle

Our original cheesecake mixed with swirls of dark chocolate, rich caramel and fresh pecans all enrobed in light chocolate icing and dark chocolate ganache.

Mocha Kahlua

It's like having a specialty coffee in a cheesecake. Mocha, coffee sterling and cheesecake. Mmmmm.

Very Berry

Blueberries and raspberries blended in our Original cheesecake. Topped with more blueberries and raspberries. It's very berry.

Original

For the cheesecake purist. Our Original cheesecake is the finest European style cheesecake around; dense, creamy and smooth. Top with your favourite of our house-made fruit sauces: Sour Cherry, Strawberry, Raspberry, Wild Blueberry, Four Berry, Callebaut milk chocolate or Callebaut milk chocolate and caramel.

Cheesequake

We start with a rich dark chocolate brownie bottom, take our original baked cheesecake and refold it with layers of chopped nuts, brownie pieces, vanilla and fresh whipped cream. If that was not enough we top it with more nuts and dark chocolate ganache drizzles. Yum!!!

Peanut Butter and Jam

Your favourite sandwich as a kid transformed into a delicious cheesecake. Peanut butter and strawberry jam blended into our Original cheesecake. Topped with raspberry swirls and chopped peanuts.

Chocolate Raspberry Vanilla

This cheesecake was created for our 20th Anniversary and is now back into our currently flavour rotation. Chocolate cheesecake topped with raspberry sauce and then a light vanilla mousse. We then top the whole thing off with raspberry sauce and chocolate ganache.

Rolo

Just like the candy bar. Dark chocolate cheesecake with a caramel center topped with chocolate ganache. Go ahead pop one in your mouth we wont tell.

Low Fat Cheesecake
Made with Splenda, this cheesecake is low in sugar and fat plus gluten-free. Served with a sugar-free four berry topping.

Our 4 layer Carrot and Triple Chocolate Fudge Cakes are so moist and delicious. With their homemade appearance, so you can claim you baked them yourself (we won't tell).

Our Cheesecakes

All our cheesecakes begin with the same basic ingredients:

Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese

White sugar

Sour cream

Eggs

Then flavoured with real fruit, chocolate, liqueurs or compounds. They are then baked at a low temperature for 5-6 hours, cooled and decorated.
